Winter Trainer Night Rides

What is it?

Come spend a couple evenings with us and some of your friends for an indoor trainer ride. Rides will be 3 times a week so bring your bike and your trainer and enjoys a fun 60-120 minute workout with the crew.

When is it?

Rides will be Monday and Thursdays at 6:30pm & Saturdays at 9:30am led by Wheels in Motion’s own Chris Molnar. Rides will start promptly at the scheduled time. Trainer rides are open to all interested and skill levels. Evening sessions will run between 60-90 minutes. Saturday sessions will run between 60-120 minutes.

Which types of trainers can I bring?

All types of trainers will be welcomed.

What should I bring?

Please bring your bike, trainer, floor mat, water, towel, personal fan, and anything else you need to make a great indoor group training ride.
